Tank Protection Plan
Oilheat storage tanks are durable and well designed, but they eventually need to be replaced. Santoro Oil helps customers reduce the cost of replacing their Oilheat storage tank through our Tank-Guard® Program. If your oil tank leaks, we will replace it with a standard tank (up to 330-gallon capacity) at a small fee. Any permit fees and/or code upgrades are not included in this plan. For an additional level of protection, we have introduced a tank tray that can be installed under the tank to catch any oil spills, leaks, or drips.
For details visit the Tank Protection section of our Oil Tank page.
1.) All oil supply and return lines between the oil supply tank and oil burner are not covered by any service plan. However, to have any service plan your oil line MUST be protected per Massachusetts Codes 527 CMR 4.04e.
2.) No policy will be issued for outdated and/or obsolete equipment which will be determined by Santoro Oil inspectors.
