This company is great. I called around a few places and wouldn't even get called back. Mike Torti was super helpful and explained the reason behind every regulation and step in the process, which I really appreciated. There was great communication through the entire process and it all went incredibly smooth. I'm not a high dollar customer, but was treated like I was.

Mike was very sociable and knowledgeable. I had been installing an air filter backwards on my furnace and he explained to me the mechanics of how the air should flow. He also waited for me to go over to see him from my lawnmower when he was done to explain the efficiency factor on my burner and how he increased it by a few percentage points. Very helpful and sincere.
