Customer Guarantees
1. 2 hour response time for no heat calls - Any of our customers that have a Santoro Service Plan will receive a $25 credit on their account should we not arrive within 2 hours of you initial phone call to our office.
2. Automatic delivery no run-out guarantee - Any automatic delivery will receive a $25 credit to their account in the event there is a disruption in delivery service (run out of fuel).
In addition you will not be charged for the labor nor the 10 gallons of fuel used when getting your heating system started, a $40+ dollar value.
